How can we help?
Beauty works without an account and keeps your documents on your device. If something is not behaving as expected, contact us and include the device and operating-system version you are using.

Email hi@peres.pro. Please do not attach private documents unless they are necessary to reproduce the problem and you are comfortable sharing them.
No sign-in is required
Beauty opens directly to the editor. There is no Beauty account or password to recover. Optional Beauty Maximus subscriptions, which add iCloud sync, are managed through your Apple ID in App Store settings.
Moving your work
Use the export and share actions in the app to save a document as Markdown, HTML, or PDF. Beauty for Mac opens Markdown files from Finder in independent windows and saves edits back to the original file. You can also add a copy to your Beauty library.
Finding a note
Search runs on your device, so it works offline. Search by title or words in the note; Beauty also recognises common word variations. After a large import, results can fill in as the local index catches up. Your notes and queries are not sent to a search service.
iCloud sync
Beauty Maximus keeps your library in your own iCloud account. Use the same Apple account on both devices, check that Beauty has iCloud access, and confirm your subscription is active. If sync appears switched off after an upgrade, install the latest app update and check the sync status again. Keep a local copy of your work while resolving a sync problem.
Optional AI connections on Mac
On Mac, open the library menu and choose Connect to AI. Enable local access for a compatible desktop client and choose whether it may change notes. Keep Beauty open while connected. You can turn local access off in the same panel. The client may send content to its own provider; its privacy settings apply.
Collaboration
A shared session works only while a participant keeps the document open. Check that both devices are online, then create a fresh invitation link if an older session can no longer be reached.
Privacy
Beauty has no advertising and does not collect your documents. The website and browser app use Vercel for traffic and performance measurements. Read the complete Privacy Policy for details.
